Rooms and Suites
Grand Hotel Tremezzo has 90 rooms including:
- 2 luxurious Suites situated in the heart of the ancient Palace
- 8 Deluxe Rooms occupying the Palace corners, with a 180° view thanks to the double windows overlooking the Lake
- 2 Family Suites located in the eighteen-century Villa Emilia, next to the central building
Every room offers an extraordinary spectacle to its Guests, framing a spectacular view on Bellagio and the whole "Riviera delle Azalee" or opening a peace break on the flowers and the green of the secular park.
All rooms are decorated with pastel yellow, light blue and green, are embellished through rich fabrics and are furnished with antique furniture and ancient paintings and prints.
Classic Garden View Rooms
All Classic Double Rooms overlook the Grand Hotel's Garden, with view on the Flowers Pool and on the 2-hectare lush secular Park incorporating a health-path on the hill. They are situated in a very peaceful location, from where it is possible to plunge into the nature peace and silence, admiring the extraordinary flowers splash of colours according to the different seasons. Most Classic Garden View Rooms are equipped with a bow window and the ones situated on the first floor have a small balcony at disposal.
Total room size with bathroom: 27sq.mt.=290sq.ft. (room only: 22sq.mt.=237sq.ft.).
The Classic "PLUS" Rooms represent the great added value. Available on request with supplement (reservation@grandhoteltremezzo.com T: +39034442491), they are fully renovated and offer 5sq.mt. more space (=54sq.ft.). Some of them, also partial Lake View.

Superior Lake View Rooms
The Superior Lake View Room has a balcony (17 sq.ft.) with two chairs, overlooking a breathtaking Lake Como view on Bellagio, Balbianello promontory and its legendary Villa. The rose sunset over the Grigne Mountains, which are reflected in the lake, is incomparable.
Average room size: 280 sq.ft. + 54 sq.ft. bathroom with shower or bathtube. This double room is available with one king bed (also for sole occupancy) or with two separated beds.

Deluxe Lake View Rooms
The 8 hyper-requested, Deluxe Lake View Rooms occupy the Palace corners, with a 180° view thanks to the double windows overlooking the lake. There are 2 balconies: the 1.5 sq.mt. (54 sq.ft.) main balcony with 2 chairs commands an incomparable view of Lake Como and of the whole Riviera delle Azalee, from Balbianello promontory to Bellagio. The second is a french balcony that offers a unique view either to the botanical gardens of Villa Carlotta (north) or to the promontory of Lenno-Villa del Balbianello (south). Room size: approx.30sq.mt. (323 sq.ft.) + 10 sq.mt. (108 sq.ft.) of Italian design Bath Room with french balcony (natural air and light), rain shower separated from the bath tube with Jacuzzi. Personalised turn down service each evening.

Family Suites "La Villa"
The Family Suites are situated on the mezzanine floor of Villa Emilia, the eighteen-century Villa belonged to Emilia Sommariva, proprietor of Villa Carlotta. The Suites are connected to the Palace through a small steel bridge, in form of a tree, designed by Architect Riccardo Mantero.
They represent the ideal solution for a holiday with children because they are apartments comprised of two DIRECTLY ADJACENT double rooms (one of the two can be TWIN, two separated beds) and two bathrooms, both with bathtube and separated shower, equipped with independent entrance.
It is possible to choose between Elegant Family Suite, situated on the back of the Villa in a very peaceful position, and Deluxe Family Suite, the ancient proprietor's room, still furnished with the vintage furniture and fire place, with a smashing view on the Lake, and equipped even with Jacuzzi.

Suite Carlotta (ex Presidential Suite)
A tribute to Villa Carlotta, rising in all its century-old beauty just a few meters further on, is the Suite Carlotta, located on the second floor in the heart of the palace in a position overlooking the lake.
A spacious, wood-panelled foyer leads to the drawing room, discreetly separated from the bedroom by a wall with two inviting archways.
Two balconies enable you to enjoy the lake’s beauty at all times of day and offer a marvellous view of Bellagio Point on the other side.
The marble bathroom, with shower and hydromassage tub, is ideal for enjoying the lakeside view while soaking in millions of bubbles.
If guests wish, another superior bedroom can be added to the suite.

Suite Greta (ex Royal Suite)
In honour of Greta Garbo, one of the first Hollywood stars to visit and become enamoured of Lake Como and Tremezzo, the Suite Greta is located on the first floor in the heart of the palace in a position overlooking the lake.
A spacious, wood-panelled foyer leads to the drawing room, discreetly separated from the bedroom by a wall with two inviting archways.
Its extraordinary private terrace lets you enjoy the lake’s beauty every moment of the day, sunbathing or having breakfast while enjoying the marvellous view of Bellagio Point opposite.
